I had a great experience at Gem State Smiles. I've always had dental anxiety, but Dr. Madsen picked up on that right away and walked me through everything. He helped me feel comfortable the whole time by providing laughing gas, a blanket, sunglasses, ear plugs, and more. The procedure went smoothly, and I didn't have any pain after the numbing wore off. For the first time in years, I'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore. Best dentist around!
Absolutely love Gem State Smiles! They are so positive and friendly. They treat you like family every time. They remember everyone by name. They are very flexible with fitting us in when needed. The doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions you have!
I Believe I found My New Dentist Office! I am Very Grateful for Dr. Madsen and his entire Crew. They were exceptional, Very Caring, Compassionate, and Gentle. I had a tooth that was giving me a lot of discomfort, and needed a root canal right away before it got any worse. I had called another office that I had been to before. But they weren’t sure how soon they could get me in, originally she said it might be a month. I knew I couldn’t wait that long. So My Mom asked her friend who her dentist was, she said Gem State Smiles so I called them and they were willing to see if they could fit me in the next day. Very grateful for their willingness to do that. Root Canal and Crown went Great, and I Love their extra thoughtfulness with the Sunglasses, Blanket and Music to be more Comfortable! Exceptional Dentist Office!
I have had a great experience with Gem State Smiles. The hygienist is very concerned about your needs and does a great job cleaning your teeth. Dr. Madsen is very gentle and concerned about what is taking place with your teeth and what is the best way to handle the situation. I have been a patient for many years and highly recommend them for your dental needs. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.
We love this place. We've been coming here for years and never have had a bad experience - ever. They take really good care of all of us. They make our kids feel comfortable every time, even when they needed procedures. Much respect for that 🙌🏼Everyone in the entire office is super friendly and treats you like they’ve known you your whole life. First name basis right when you walk in! 5 out 5 - definitely recommend!!
