Powered by GoogleCarina is very gentle and thorough. They offer a complimentary menu of comfort items like pillows, weighted blankets, warm eye masks and other items. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for service . Dr Drew and Dominic Marketto always review the cleaning and examine your teeth to further evaluate your needs! I never enjoyed going to a dentist until I went to Gentle Dental.
My first visit to Gentle Care Dental was in August 2025. I called their office after several days of the most severe toothache I ever had. They were able to see me the same day despite the fact that I was not a established patient. The dentist was so kind and was able to do a crown the same day. Due to the great experience there, I decided to transfer my dental care to Gentle Care. After all, the soonest my regular dentist could see me was not until almost a week later. I went for my dental cleaning and exam as a new establishing patient yesterday. The office is nice and clean, the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I saw Brandi (dental hygienist) and Dr Ramirez. Both were excellent. That has to be the most thorough cleaning and comprehensive exam that I ever had. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I recommend Gentle Care Dental 100%
I have been very impressed with my two visits to this office so far. It is a very busy office so finding a parking spot can be tricky but they saw me on time. Dr. Marcketto fixed a few of my broken teeth. I have had no problems and no pain. He was very upbeat and I am especially impressed by his staff. Everyone is so friendly (which I had read on other reviews before making my appointment). I never feel like I am being rushed through. Transparent pricing is a plus, better than California! My technician for my teeth cleaning was very gentle also. Because it is busy it was a little noisy, that is my only complaint. Thank you Gentle Dental
I am fairly new to Gentle Care dentistry. Although I have always gone to a dentist every 6 months, I had some dental issues that had never been addressed by my previous dentist. Dr. Ramirez saw that I needed 2 crowns and 3 fillings. She and her assistant, Veronica, did an excellent job. My teeth look so much better and the treatment should help preserve them for years to come. Although, I do not have any particular fear of dental procedures, I appreciated that they offered stress reducing measures had I needed them.
Update: I received a phone call from Dr.Marketto today regarding my concerns, and I am updating my review. Within minutes of posting, there was follow-up. He listened, acknowledged how I felt, and addressed the issue right away. The call was brief but effective, and the situation was resolved immediately. Because he took the time to listen and put a plan into action. Thank you Dr.Marketto! After today’s experience, I’m leaving a three-star review based on the front desk interaction. The customer service this morning was very disappointing. Our school had a delayed start, which was communicated to parents after business hours. Despite that, I was told I should have called the office the day before, which simply wasn’t possible. I was then told I would be charged a no-show fee for something completely out of my control. To make matters worse, the staff member referenced a prior “no-show” without taking the time to understand the situation. I have never been a no-show. On that occasion, I was hospitalized the night before, still called to notify the office, and even agreed to pay the fee because I felt it was my responsibility. There was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and no attempt to problem-solve, just an immediate dismissal and mention of fees. As a parent of two children who cannot be left unattended and must be at school, this situation was stressful and frustrating. Thankfully, I was eventually able to find help and get rescheduled, but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort. I truly love the dentists and the technicians, they are wonderful. It’s disappointing that the front office experience does not match the quality of care provided by the clinical staff. Listening and understanding would go a long way.
