I’ve been going to Gentle Care Dentistry for a year now and just had my yearly check up. I had a genuinely fun dentist appointment and a huge part of that was because of my hygienist, Katie. I felt like we had been friends for years even though it was my first time meeting her. She checked in with me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was doing okay. She was kind and personable and made the hour fly by. Everyone is always so kind and helpful during my appointments, I used to dread going to the dentist but with how great I’ve been treated, that anxiety no longer exists :)
I have had Dr Hale as my dentist for many years. I have always been very happy with the whole staff. The finance department always is spot on with the quotes and making sure you know what your portion and that of your insurance company is. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I love the text reminders they send. Dr Hale is great and Cindy is just the best hygienist ever!
Katie is super thorough, super knowledgeable, and super nice! It was actually fun getting my teeth cleaned. This was the first time I met her and it felt like we'd known each other for years. She's very personable. Thanks for taking good care of me, Katie!
I'm impressed with this dentist office. Since moving to the area from out of state, this is the 3rd dentist office I've been to. I think I've finally found a good one. They have your health in mind instead of dollar signs. Katie was my hygienist and was just the sweetest thing. She did everything in her power to make it the most comfortable experience. Also Dr Hales has been so kind and gentle. The office staff is so nice and friendly and very helpful. The office is CLEAN which speaks volumes! Not only all this, but while in the waiting room, I had other patients tell me I would love it here. Just the best dentist office I've been to in years!
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the care I receive every time I visit. Everyone at the office is warm and welcoming, which really helps ease any nerves. A big thank you to my hygienist, you're always so gentle, attentive, and kind. It really makes a difference. And thank you to Dr. Hales for being so professional, thorough, and compassionate. I always feel like I'm in great hands with your team.
