I had a great experience from start to finish. Emily checked me in and took my xrays - she was very professional and so friendly. After the dentist Dr Hsueh was with me quickly. He explained everything in detail but didn't push any treatments, made his suggestions on how to proceed. He was very nice and had a wonderful disposition!!! I then had the gentlest thorough cleaning with Paul. I loved that I didn't feel rushed. The clinic itself was very calm in the back which I appreciated. Im happy with my first visit and look forward to my cleanings!
Gentle Dental lived up to its name and I was happily surprised by the care I received. The dental hygienist was sweet and patient. The manager, whom I spoke with several times due to insurance issues, was very friendly and reassuring. Seeing the x-rays on a big screen was very interesting. The dentist took his time to explain issues. I felt heard and I walked away with more knowledge and understanding, which is important to me. The whole dental exam process was different from my past experience in a small dental office but I am glad I came and I will return.
What a wonderful place to have your dental needs met! I’m normally nervous about going to the dentist but was immediately put at ease by the dentist and his assistant. As a new patient the dentist and his assistant did a thorough evaluation and discussed the things I will need to have done. All of the doctors are professional, gentle, and extremely thorough — they explained every step of my treatment clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were very understanding and gentle. With my extractions they paid attention to me if something was wrong I felt uncomfortable in any way they would stop and help me. They also worked on my dentures till I could wear them comfy. Then when my insurance wouldn't pay for some they worked with me to get it paid. I would recommend Gentle Dental.to anyone!
