Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I have pretty bad anxiety, and the team at Gentle Family Dentistry went out of their way to make sure I felt calm, informed, and comfortable the entire time. The assistant and dentist were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They explained everything clearly, checked in with me constantly, and really did everything they could to help ease my nerves. The inside of the building is spotless, modern, and comforting — it immediately put me at ease. And they really do live up to their name… they were gentle, careful, and respectful every step of the way. I also needed referrals, and they gave me all the information I needed without me even having to ask twice. I left feeling positive, supported, and totally at ease with my next steps. Highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you struggle with anxiety or haven’t felt heard in other dental offices. They truly are as good as their name.
The staff here are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Their customer service is truly top-notch—they genuinely care about you and your treatment from the moment you walk in. Everyone greets you with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. My visit was incredibly pleasant, and I’m grateful for the level of care and professionalism they provided.
I was very impressed with Liz as my hygienist. She did a great job getting those year long tar crannies and gentle at it too. I definitely recommend Gentle Family Dentistry.
Been a patient here since they opened. Never had a complaint until now. Last year, my cleaning was cancelled 1 day before my appointment….i was told that they recently lost all of their hygienists, ok I’m understanding, but was told it would be 12months before they could see me again. Ok, now I’m annoyed, but again, what am I supposed to do? Good luck finding a dentist who’s accepting new patients. Here we are, 1 year later, I’ve been looking forward to this appointment, as it has now been 18 months since my last cleaning. Guess what? They’ve now cancelled me again!! Stupid me for trying to give them another chance when all along, for the past year, I should have been seeking out a new dentist. Shame on me. You guys just lost a patient, not that you care, but I’m sure I’m not the only one. The receptionist is always SO unpleasant to deal with too, has a way of making you feel like you’re the problem and not the office. Very disappointed in this practice, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I respect.
When i first started going here with my family it was amazing. They were able to get you in every 6 months. Now not so much. I just booked my son's 6 month appointment the other day and it is for the end of February 2027!! My appointments keep getting rescheduled and I havent been seen in over a year. Unfortunately they are the only office in network with our insurance and they used to be so good!
