Powered by GoogleThis review is for Mrs. Diana the hygienist she rocks and deserve 5 stars for her kindness and greatness. She went above and beyond on my teeth and I was very pleased with the outcome. She had me all smiles for my thanksgiving gathering- well done Diana you deserve it!!
I was in desperate need to get in to see a dentist. It’s been several years since I’ve been. My teeth are currently in terrible condition, yes, I know it’s my own fault for not going. My husband actually called and made me an appointment. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The office was kept clean. Dr. Carter was very gentle when checking my mouth. My biggest problem I went in with a was a tooth abscess but I also have a lot of tooth decay. I was in quite a bit of pain so he put me on antibiotics and naproxen. Once the swelling went down, it took some pain away. I really could have used something more for pain because it’s not only the abscess that’s hurting. I do have a root canal scheduled in the next couple weeks and hopefully I will continue to learn from my past mistakes. Overall, I recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.
Great overall dental experience. From start to finish Dr Carter and his staff gives you an amazing experience and treats you like a part of their family. They are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The modern facility is pretty great too and lend to that awesome experience. Dr Carter was fast and very skillful! He is sure to get you in and out of that chair, plus he walks you through what he does and checks in on your comfort while he is working. Overall I am really impressed with the services I've received from Dr. Carter and his staff! I highly recommend him.
Worst Dentist office I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with. I waited a year to get into a Dentist, I chose the one who could get me in soonest. I had a cracked crown, needed an exam and cleaning. I physically went a total of six times out of nine appointments, the only thing that was ever accomplished was the exam and one xray. They tried taking X-rays over and over, constantly made mistakes that involved me driving two hours round trip to get there at 7:30am as requested after working all night and I’m disabled so these trips are not easy for me, just for them to do nothing and send me home over and over. I also called the day before every time to verify appointment and what was going to be done. One girl actually said I was lying about already having an xray. Then when the exam was done I was cleared, told no issues… went to another dentist and had a cavity. So the incompetence is insanely strong here along with the absolute disrespect and audacity to treat people this way. Also, a cleaning was not an option bc they had no Dental Hygienist. After speaking to the Office Manager I was assured this would not continue to happen and next appointment we would be fixing the broken crown. Well of course I received a phone call the day before canceling due to the Dentist deciding not to do Crowns on that day. Unbelievable, this was my breaking point. I turned them into the Board of Dentistry and communicated it to Corporate and got lucky to get in somewhere else (though I had to drive hours) and was treated by a much higher quality staff, thankfully. But the cherry on top is that I have now received a bill. The incompetence and audacity continues. To ask Clients that you have abused and who have completely wasted money from all the trips to go to an appointment where nothing is done is absolutely insane to me. And what they are charging me for is fully covered by my insurance. Ive never had an issue like this in any other state I’ve lived, I personally feel this is the exact reason there is so many people with dental problems. You should be ashamed and embarrassed, Oklahoma deserves better!
Dr. Carter is by far one of the best Dentist in Lawton. He is absolutely patient and gentle with overgrown babies, like myself. Today, I had to get a filling in one of my front teeth. The numbing process was so easy and gentle it didn’t hurt at all!!! Dr. Carter’s work is superior, second to none. His office staff is professional and courteous and makes me feel comfortable and informed from the start to finish of each appointment. If you hate or dread the dentist, I highly recommend giving Dr. Carter a try. I always leave happy and pain free!
