I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic. I started my dental implant treatment and, although I was very nervous at first, it was completely worth it! I never thought I would go through with it, but thanks to the support and confidence the doctors gave me, I did it. It was a long but very comfortable process, and I always felt supported and safe. The treatment areas are modern and very well sanitized, and the staff is kind and professional. I’m very proud of the decision I made and extremely pleased with the final result. Now I can truly smile again! Thank you for giving me back my confidence in my smile. 💫
This is a nice dentist practice which gives family feeling. I love Dr Mina and the hygienist over here. They had taken care of my family for over 8 years
I had an outstanding experience at Genuine Smiles in Livingston. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They go above and beyond to keep you informed, updating you at every step and ensuring you understand exactly what’s happening throughout your visit. Dr. Boulos was my dentist, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly as he’s doing it. You never feel rushed—he ensures you’re comfortable and confident in every part of the process. His professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. A special shoutout as well to Bethany at the front desk, who is not only incredibly sweet but also takes the time to break everything down and answer any questions. It’s rare to find such a seamless combination of professionalism and genuine care. This is truly a practice that makes dental care a stress-free and even enjoyable experience. I’ll absolutely be back for my follow-up and beyond—10/10 would recommend Genuine Smiles to anyone. If I could give it 125%, I would.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your clinic. The experience was not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional and left me extremely disappointed. I arrived for a scheduled root canal procedure and was numbed in preparation. However, after being numbed, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication or update about when the dentist would attend to me. I attempted to ask a hygienist about the delay, but received no clear response. Feeling completely ignored, I eventually had to get up and seek answers myself. Even then, I was met with indifference. Ultimately, I decided to leave the office due to the lack of attentiveness and professionalism. This experience made me feel like my time and health were not valued. It was, without question, the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this office to others.
One of the best dentist ever he is very nice and took care of all my needs. Office staff is phenomenal as well
