Powered by GoogleI've had two dental procedures and one cleaning done here so far and I'm very happy with this office. I didn't have a great experience at my previous dental office, and this one is so much different. The dental assistants are lovely and kind people. One of them held my hand when I needed extra support and I'm a grown woman. This is the definition of above and beyond. The entire staff are compassionate and patient, which goes a long way with people who have anxiety surrounding dental work. On top of all of this, the receptionists are extremely accommodating with appointment times and communicative regarding co-pays. Five stars all around.
I had a great experience at Ghenta Dental. Dr. Ghenta is kind and professional, and the entire staff was welcoming. The assistant who took my X-rays was patient and attentive, and the dental hygienist was very thorough. After my initial consultation, they were able to fit me in for a same-day cleaning, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this office.
I have been a patient at Ghenta Dental Group for many years, but after my visit yesterday, I decided to change to another clinic. In general, the dentists at the practice are friendly and professional. However, the accounting and administrative services are not well organized or professional. In particular, the accounting staff did not show a friendly or respectful attitude when listening to patient questions. Before my implant crown replacement was performed, the accountant printed the total amount I needed to pay for the service. I first paid a $100 deposit and later paid the remaining balance before the crown was placed. After the payment was completed, I was given a printed receipt showing a zero balance. Several months later, I received a message stating that I still owed more than $100. Since the amount was close to $100, I suspected that the original $100 deposit may not have been properly included in the recalculation. I brought copies of the zero-balance receipt and my payment records with me when I came in for a teeth cleaning yesterday, intending to clarify the issue. Unfortunately, the accountant refused to listen to me and was not willing to look at the documents I provided. Her unfriendly attitude made it very difficult to continue the conversation. To avoid further conflict, I left her desk. After completing my cleaning, I spoke with the office manager and finally learned the reason for the additional charge. I paid the amount, even though the confusion resulted from the clinic’s own billing process. It is concerning that I was told my account was fully paid, given a zero-balance receipt, and then later sent a bill without a clear explanation. More importantly, when I asked for clarification, I was not treated with courtesy or professionalism. Because of this experience, I decided to leave the practice. I do not wish to continue receiving care at a clinic where patients are treated in this manner.
I have been coming here for my dental care for a few years now and they have the most amazing staff. I love Colleen my hygienist she is truly amazing and very compassionate. I always feel comfortable and would recommend Ghenta Dental Group to anyone looking for a clean and innovative dental practice.
