Everyone is very respectful, and engaged in a very positive way. Work is thorough and everyone is focused on the person they are with at the moment. After being with them, they know you and remember what is important to you and what you may be apprehensive about and will accommodate you. I love the environment...who says this about their dentist office?! I do!! There is a genuine feeling of caring, laughter and even competition of some song singing!! Dr. Marc, Hygienist Nancy, and company are a warm and welcoming group. I was greatly impressed with the new technology I was exposed too which presented a clear, concise picture, of the next step toward my dental care. I appreciate the science and the improvements that have been made since my first venture into a dental office with belt driven drills seventy years ago! Dr. Marc gave solid recommendations and answered my inquiries clearly, in detail, and I will be following up with his advice.
I have been going for almost 8 years! Natasha knows my teeth and which areas are sensitive to me and is very careful!! Gets my teeth very clean! I go 4 times a year and they are all like family! Always on time and very respectful and make sure I understand the billing etc! I have recommended a few people and they are very happy too!!!
Great experience at Gilford Dental. A very professional, efficient, and qualified staff. The dental hygienist was thoughtful and attentive to my needs. She explained everything she planned to do, making sure I was completely comfortable before proceeding. The Doctor was also very professional and knowledgeable. After my cleaning and check up, both the Dr and the hygienist reviewed my treatment plan with me, making sure I understood everything. This visit was by far the most impressive experience I've had at a dentist office. I would recommend Gilford Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I was referred to gilford dental by a friend, I have been putting off having work done on my teeth because of past experiences with other larger dental institutions . I am so glad I took the leap to go to gilford dental. The environment was amazing and all the staff was even better. They made the process simple and comfortable. One of the best decisions I have made. I will recommend them to anyone.
