Great experience as always. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Check-in is quick, and I’m usually called back within five minutes. Mandy, the dental hygienist, is very thorough and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Patel takes the time to go over everything in detail and never makes the appointment feel rushed. Highly recommend.
I am so grateful for the Gillespie Dental Practice. Having major dental anxiety from several painful previous experiences (in FL, not here in NC), I put off taking care of my teeth properly until I absolutely had no choice. So I put my faith & trust in these professionals. And they are incredible! They do everything to make me comfortable & they listen to a patient’s concerns. And I’m giving a special shout out to Dr. Sonali Patel who is the most gentle & caring person. She’s a real gem & I adore her! And also a huge thanks to Dr Virginia Plaistad who has taken care of me over the years. She’s a thoughtful & kind dentist who understands me as a patient. You cannot go wrong with this dental group. They are simply the best. And I don’t want to complete this review without acknowledging the front office. They greet you with a smile and make you feel as if they truly care about you…because they do!
My visit to Gillespie Dental Associates was the most positive new patient appointment I have ever had. From the start, the staff in the front promptly returned my call to set up an appointment. The hygienist, Hannah was so lovely. She had the space set up in a cozy manner with lamps and gentle music playing. Throughout each step she was communicative, careful, and attentive. Then, Dr. Patel arrived and continued to provide the same level of compassion and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this practice who anyone who has dentist appointment apprehensive like I did in the past.
I had a Wonderful experience today at my first appointment. Everyone was super nice. Hannah made me feel at ease and I felt like I was in good hands. Dr Patel was very nice, thorough, and again I felt cared for and comfortable. My sister urged me to visit her dentist , saying how wonderful they were , and I am so glad I made the change. She was right. It was wonderful .
My experience at Gillespie Dental was excellent. Vicki patiently and expertly provided a thorough cleaning. My teeth have not looked and felt this good in years. Dr. Patel was professional and encouraging while performing his exam. I highly recommend this dental practice to patients seeking a positive change.
