Wow! This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! Every person I worked with was kind, relaxed, and overall made me feel extremely comfortable. I went in expecting to be told I'd need an array of expensive services but was instead provided with transparency that one minor fix and a proper cleaning could help my gums feel better. This is the type of dentist that makes you want to come back every 6 months because you know you can trust them to not nickel and dime you- I just wish I had found them sooner!
Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the care was top-notch, and they genuinely care about their patients. I actually left the dentist feeling great—which says a lot! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent, stress-free dental office.
Natalie at the front desk is so sweet. All of the front desk ladies have the best customer service, and Dr Doug always takes excellent care of me. Even when it’s not an ideal situation he makes sure I am well informed of the plan and is respectful of my time.
I have been truly TERRIFIED of the Dentist my whole life and Dr. Bill is wonderful. He is very patient and understanding with me. He even checks on me in the evening to make sure I am ok. I have been a patient since 1998 and will never go anywhere else. This is a wonderful dental practice if you are looking for a good caring practice.
Friendly, courteous staff. Phenomenal dentists who know how to take care of their patients. The environment is warm and welcoming. The bays are somewhat open, but designed to keep the patients sense of privacy in tact. To schedule an initial visit, you may have to plan several months out, but they will put you on the cancellation waitlist. Therefore, if anyone cancels, they will call and ask if you want to be seen sooner. That has worked out well for me a couple of times. Conversely, I have had an emergency and needed to be seen right away and they were so good about getting me in quickly. Even if you have to wait a while for your first appointment, it’s so worth the wait! Every time I’ve gone here it’s been such a great experience.
