Dr Mirri and Shiela are the most skilled professional team I have even been a part of. Let me preface this with the fact that I am 50 and have been to dozens of dentists and haven’t always had the best experienced with them. However Shiela is a very patient and kind Assist and always made sure I was comfortable and without pain. I had a tooth pulled and a bridge fit in, all within 3 weeks. My entire experience was wonderful and I would recommend these folks to anyone in my family and circle of friends!! Thank You!!
This place is the worst dental office possible. Never know if your dentist is there. They spend no time with you. 3 years and I've had less than 5 minutes of their time. I had appointments with Dr. Wiley when he's not even there. Complete waste of time. The dentist dont even do the fillings. This is a private version of aspen dental. Thats just the dental practice. Then they run this invisalign scam. Wasted thousands of dollars for these fools to completely mess up my bite. Connie who runs their invisalign is one of the dumbest people I have met in healthcare. Always messed up my liner dates and appointments. Finally after 15 months of destroying my teeth, and I mean destroy (broken teeth, horrible bite) I now have to pay thousands more for an orthodontist to fix Dr. Wileys mistakes. They were of no help. Dentist wasnt even at the invisalign correction. Their schedulers are just as bad. Broke a tooth and had to go elsewhere because they couldnt fit me in for 2 weeks! This place is a scam.
I’ve struggled to find a dentist who makes me feel comfortable in their care. I immediately felt comfortable with the friendly and genuine staff at Glacier Creek Dental. They didn’t spend the entire time trying to upsell me on stuff. I felt like they really listened to my concerns and took a wholistic and realistic approach to helping me address my dental needs! They made me feel cared for and like they valued my business. The facility is beautiful which is a plus and makes for an overall very pleasant and comfortable experience! I don't dread my upcoming cleaning! (I had a slight issue with scheduling but they were able to remedy it quickly and effectively)
The staff here are truly amazing people. Always very welcoming and they like to keep it fun. We found a great treatment plan and they executed it perfectly. I'm extremely happy with their work and how much they care about their patients. I highly suggest trying this office if you are in the search, they have it all here :)
Had another great experience with Glacier Creek Dental! Went in for a routine cleaning and had Amanda as my hygienist. I’m 6 months pregnant and she was thoughtful and gentle! They made sure I was comfortable and could take breaks or change position whenever I needed. I have absolutely zero soreness after.
