My experience was the same as Deb's. No problem with Dr. Gossett himself but rather with the office managing, whichever employee(s) that might have been. First, they were not going to bill my dental insurance for something expensive, which thankfully they later did do after I called a couple of times to argue my case and show the dental EOB. Then, there was this other random '$300 fee' which they charged but refused to submit to insurance. I realize that sometimes insurance won't cover things, but it was a very ambiguous, shady-seeming charge whose meaning their office did not explain well. I've been through a lot of different docs and many surgeries over the years, but I had not encountered a situation where a charge's meaning was unclear and which the office would not submit to insurance. Again, I doubt that this is Dr. Gossett's fault or intentional on anyone's part, but they seriously need to get their act together in the business department.
