I’ve been a patient of Dr. Williamson for over 16 years, and from my very first visit I was extremely impressed. This office has always been kind, accommodating, and truly professional. Maybe best of all, they stay on schedule, so there are not crazy wait times. Dr. Williamson is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, which is something I appreciate more than words can say. Her entire staff is also wonderful — friendly, helpful, and very well organized. Every time you leave, you feel confident that you’re in good hands. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Williamson is an outstanding dentist! She is truly patient-focused, compassionate, and highly skilled. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and honestly, and is extremely thorough. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every visit comfortable. Appointments are always on time. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.
As someone with severe dental phobia, it’s extremely difficult to not only change dentists, but also find one that shows compassion for this fear. I had my first appointment with Dr. Williamson yesterday. Both she and her staff were wonderfully kind and understanding of my severe anxiety. Annette was very supportive during X-rays and Dr. Williamson was thorough, kind and welcoming. They helped in bringing my anxiety down and that is truly priceless.
I never review companies or places. But, I wanted to show how much I appreciate Grand Dental and their absolutely wonderful staff. Upon opening the door you are greeted by all staff no matter the position. They are intentional and kind people. When going to the dentist it can be extremely scary. The tools, the cleaning supplies, the different rooms, the waiting. But I can 100000% say they make it so comfortable and easy. Their accommodation is beyond compare. I appreciate them listening to me and understanding my situation as well as me as a person. They are the best. In my eyes no other dental place even should be open besides them. Love you guys!
Doctor Williamson is an excellent dentist and staff as well. I always feel I'm receiving the best dental care possible. I highly recommend Grand Dental Arts.
