I’ve had truly exceptional experience at Grand Dental. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety, finding a caring and understanding dentist is a top priority for me, and Dr. Benefield truly exceeded my expectations. Dr Benefield is not only kind-hearted but also incredibly empathetic. He takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explains everything in detail, which really helps to ease my nerves. His patience and caring nature make each visit a lot more comfortable. Dr Wood is also fantastic! The entire staff at Grand Dental is wonderful—everyone is friendly, and the office atmosphere is very calming. I always feel supported throughout my treatment, which is something I deeply appreciate. The office itself is beautiful and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Grand Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental practice where the staff truly cares about their patients.
I had a great overall experience with Grand Dental and their customer service was top-notch! Beautiful office and just a very kind and caring staff. I had work doen ove thr past two months and was very impressed with how things were handled overall.
Since the day of my 1st appt., all the staff has been friendly, very informative and explain everything so I understand. I'm a very anxious and nervous person. Dr. Eric is excellent in helping a patient relax. He is easy to talk to, and explains every step of the procedure. He and his staff talk to you as they are working. That keeps my mind busy listening to them and helps me relax. I always dreaded going to the dentist. But now, I don't mind going to my next appt. Thank you everyone at Grand Dental, Sharon

No need to look any further for a new dentist, because you've just landed your next dental heaven!! :) This is the honest to God "tooth" - I'm about to tell the "tooth," the whole "tooth" and nothing but the "tooth," so help me God! This dentist office surpassed all my expectations! They even surprised me with technology I never even knew existed! It was truly the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office!! I actually had a blast if I'm being totally honest! The gentleman that made this entire visit one I will never forget: John (or maybe it's spelled Jon). I had the profound pleasure of having John-Jon as my hygienist and boy let me tell you what - This gentleman is an artist in his scope of practice. Not only was he educating me on SO much information regarding mouth care, he had a true passion and care for what he does. He made the experience feel personable and was very careful! I learned there are 6 different "brushing" techniques, he took time to show me my x-rays and point out certain things that I wouldn't know what to look for and again, the technology is AWESOME. I typically have always gone to "comfort dental" or "perfect teeth" in the past - and upon learning these are just "patient mills" it checks out because my teeth have never felt so amazing from just a cleaning. I would give this place 20 stars if Google allowed such an amount of measurement. I will definitely be coming back before I leave permanently for the front range. All the staff were so kind and the atmosphere felt clean, cozy and was nice to look at. Thank you Grand Dental for existing and thank you for having John-Jon a part of your team; he really does make a big difference in the best way! Dr. Benefield is the kindest, most patient Dentist I have ever met! After years of anxiety associated with going to the Dentist, Dr. Benefield has made me feel at ease every time I visit. He is truly supportive and wants the best for his patients. I have had several successful surgeries, all top teeth removed, sinus lift & bone graft, 6 implants and now a beautiful set of teeth that fit perfectly. I would highly recommend! He will take care of you every step of the way towards a beautiful smile!
