I had such a positive experience at this facility. I underwent my first ever dental surgery, having 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation. Surgery could not have gone better. I was very nervous, but the staff was very reassuring and professional. They walked me through the whole process before and after surgery. After I left the surgical office following my procedure, they called my designated driver to check on how I was doing and offered him additional advice. They also provided me with a list of post-operative instructions, gauze for any bleeding, and a syringe to help flush out the operative sites. The post-operative medications were sent to the correct pharmacy within the hour. I am now 3 days out from surgery and back to work. I could not recommend this facility enough.
the dentist is always scary especially in the case of extractions! this place specializes in extractions and i have to say it went much easier and less painful then i expected. i suspect the care the staff gives is a big reason it was pretty painless. they did have nitrous which helped a lot too. i am a veteran and they accepted VA so that was a big plus
I made a return visit to consult on further procedures. I was fully satisfied with my earlier extractions. So, when further extractions and possible implants were recommended, there was no question of where to go. The professional services are exceptional and every member of the staff is courteous, welcoming, supportive, and clearly outline the options and likely outcomes.
I had a massive infection and they were able to get me in right away for an extraction. Dr. Robinson was very professional and nice as well as his assistant. He explained everything and what my options were for replacing the tooth. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Easy scheduling. Very friendly. made me feel comfortable and talked me through the process. Also, did a follow up call an hour after I left to check in on me .you don’t find many places like this. Highly recommend
