My husband had a recent procedure done at this facility. I have to say, I am beyond impressed with the staff from the front office, nurse and meeting the Dentist, Dr. Olsen. The nurse, I have to give kudos to as she was very informative, clear and had a great sense of humor. EVEN AFTER my husband said he fell off the chair mid procedure and the staff caught him mid fall....... (THIS DID NOT HAPPEN lol). I then had to realize, he was out of it from the sedation stuff used. I am glad she laughed at it as I was horrified and didn't know what was true. I was reassured that did not happen, I felt so much better. Thank you for having a great sense of humor! Please give a high five to your staff, as we were treated with great care (pre/post). Thank you again for taking care of Mike for me aside the aftereffects of his clouded judgement :)
Dr. Madion and staff have completed two surgeries for me, and I felt well taken care of both times. He and the Surgical Assistants prioritized my comfort with kindness and expertise. The reception and billing staff are also great. Would recommend to anyone needing surgical services.
My son recently had a dental emergency after trauma and required urgent surgery. Dr. Dee took excellent care of him, even working after hours to do his surgery same day as the injury. I am so thankful for his prompt, expert care.
After being referred here by Old Mission Peninsula Dentistry for an emergency extraction I was extremely happy with how the procedure went. I had never been put under full anesthesia before & was very nervous. Shelby was very kind & great at explaining everything. I was highly impressed by how skillfully Dr. Fountain inserted the I.V., I never felt it! My only critiques are: that the front desk team are your stereotypical bland "you're just a number" persona. Also, it would have been great after arriving 45min early & filling out all paperwork in good time, not to be kept waiting in the exam/procedure room for 45min. for the doctor to show up. It seems that if they're wanting to keep his schedule full (which is great) don't do it to the detriment of your patients, our time is valuable too.
Everyone was amazing and super helpful. My wife sustained a large cut in her mouth. We were at the start of a 2 week visit to TC. They stayed late to give my wife stitches and took really good care of her! Very Grateful for everyone at GTOS!
