Easy scheduling, really nice staff at the front desk, the hygienist, and the doctor. Dr. Moore explained his treatment plan in just the amount of detail that I needed to make me feel comfortable with his recommendations. Everyone appears happily engaged with their work which I believe is the result of excellent leadership. I’m staying with this office- highly recommended!
From the moment I walked in, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. The front desk staff was organized and had me checked in within minutes. My dentist worked with a steady, confident hand, ensuring I wasn't in the chair any longer than necessary. They were incredibly caring, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explaining each step of the process.
After so many wonderful years, I have to post a review. This team and staff are excellent. They are caring and go above and beyond to remember little details about mine and my kids life. Each time we visit we are greeted with warm friendly faces and the hygienists, assistants and dentists are phenomenal! Both of my kids do each of their cleaning on their our without any assistance from mom. So I get a little time to myself too. I would highly recommend Grand View to anyone! Keep up the good work!
Dr. Moore is my dentist and I can’t see any reason why I would ever go to a different dentist. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and he’s a great listener. During every appointment he’s always asking if I’m comfortable or experiencing any discomfort. He’s excellent! A special shout out to his staff! Bridget, Emily, and Melissa who assisted me today. I know I’m leaving someone out but don’t mean to. These wonder people are the reason I’ll be returning to GVD. You just can’t do better than the team they have at GVD. They are ALL SPECTACULAR!
Dr Moore & Staff really care! That Sums it up. The first Dental Clinic I tried told me that I'd need all of my upper my teeth pulled & implants placed. Dr Moore (who saw my mouth as a challenge) was able to help me for less than 1/3rd of the cost I saw from my first proposal - with crowns. The fact that they honestly cared was worth even more than the money.
