Dr. Swank, Terese and Tina (?) were phenomenal. It was my first visit with them. They explained everything before it was done and were understanding regarding a bad experience I had as a young adult. I was having a hard time finding a dentist I felt comfortable with and I am sure that I have found a great dentist with Graniteville Dental Solutions. They are patient, kind and thorough as well. The front staff was great as well. Highly recommend!
I contacted them with an emergency and left as a new patient, from the facility being top notch to the employees being very welcoming. I’ve had a couple of dentist in the area and have never felt a better treatment than what I received here. They listened, gave me some options and left there brand new. The Doctor even called at the end of the day to check on my status after my procedure. I hope this helps. Thank you for excellent service.
The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They always try their best to get you an appointment as soon as possible when there is a problem. Leah the hygienist that takes care of me is very gentle and informative. Every dental assistant that has assisted Dr.John has been very pleasant and supportive. By far, the best experience ever at a Dental office. Office staff, coming and going, was friendly and efficient. Proceedure room was warm, clean and had ALL the new toys in the business. Assistant Kristen and Dr. John got the job done in record time. Absolutely painless. Can't say enough good things about this facility. Thanks guys!
As someone who dreads going to the dentist, my experience at Graniteville as a new patient was the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted. Terese was my hygienist, and she did a spectacular job at not only cleaning my teeth but explaining so much about my tooth health and the process of my first visit. Dr. Swank was very helpful as well during my dental exam. It is a refreshing experience to be in the hands of professionals who truly seem to have a passion for what they do. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
