I live two hours away from my dentist’s office (Grants Pass Dental), and when I developed a terrible toothache right before an upcoming vacation, I knew it was probably a long shot to stop in without an appointment — especially on one of their busiest days. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was kind, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to get me in to see Dr. Ledesma that same day. The dentist and staff took wonderful care of me, and I truly cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, concern, and genuine kindness. It means so much to be treated with such care, especially in a stressful situation. I am deeply grateful to the entire team.
