This is the second time I have been here and they never fail at exceptional customer service! Everyone there is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! My daughter isn’t a fan of dentists but she left after her cleaning telling me how much she really loved it there. This place definitely doesn’t try to upsell you and they help you feel confident in your smile regardless of how much work your teeth need or not. I will never go to another dentist in Elko!
Last week I had a filling and a broken crown replaced on the same visit. Dr. Neilson and all of the staff were all very professional, nice and helpful. That said, I have going to Great Basin Dental for about seven years now and have never had anything other than a positive experience. This is a great practice with the best people!
I highly recommend Great Basin Dental. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly! You will be met with smiles and a welcome as soon as you open the door! The hygienists are the best (friendly and skilled)I have had (I am +60 so have seen my fair share over the years). The dentists are so personable and very skilled. Make an appointment and see for yourself!
I had such a great experience at Great Basin Dental! I went in for a crown and three fillings, and honestly, I was really nervous because I’ve had bad experiences with dentists before. But Dr. Swint (and the whole team) completely changed that for me. He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how understanding he was — he let me take breaks whenever I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel calm and easy. Everything went so smoothly, and I truly appreciate the care and patience I received. I highly recommend Great Basin Dental to anyone who’s anxious about dental work or just wants a professional and gentle experience. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease!
I absolutely love my hygienist, Melissa! She is so sweet and does an amazing job on my teeth while not leaving me in pain when I leave. I have had the pleasure of meeting with both Doctors and they were both very kind and informative as well… and my teeth and gums seem to be in good health! Thankful for these experts! Not to mention the office staff is super sweet and has always taken care of me.
