Both Drs. Dan and Jill are amazing. Caring, reassuring, and explained my treatment option and plan well. I came to see them for a chronic TMJ dysfunction and compared to when I walked into their office I am almost pain free. I would highly recommend them especially since they take a conservative approach to treatment and going to exhaust all the pf the non-surgical options to achieve a pain-free state.
Wow just wow! After fracturing my jaw there was so much uncertainty I felt about my future. Whether or not J would need surgery, what I can and cannot eat. -The office is beautiful and welcoming with state of the art equipment. -Second to none employees from the techs to the amazing front desk staff and the doctors are more than you could hope for in medical professionals -Piece of mind. Being able to leave feeling like I was just taken care of by the “best” in the business. I’m halfway through my healing journey and on a weekly basis I actually look forward to visiting the staff here because i know I’m with caring, compassionate, experts in this field. Highly recommend.
I recently had an appointment at Great Basin Oral and Face Surgery and had a great experience. The front staff was friendly and efficient, and I was checked in right away. Jennifer was welcoming and professional and helped make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Jill thoroughly explained my treatment plan and took the time to answer all of my questions, which helped put me at ease. Both Dr. Jill and Jennifer were kind, reassuring, and made the tooth extraction process go very smoothly. I highly recommend Great Basin Oral and Face Surgery and truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Thank you Jennifer and Dr Jill!!! You ladies rock!!!
I cannot recommend Great Basin Oral and Facial Surgery enough! From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I felt truly taken care of. Dr. Dan is absolutely amazing, professional, kind, and clearly an expert at what he does. A huge shoutout to my nurse as well, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-supported throughout the process. If you’re looking for a team that treats you like a person and not just a patient, this is the place!
This group is incredible! I’m normally afraid of any dental stuff but these guys comforted me and were available for follow up questions. I’m temporarily on Medicaid and was able to get authorization with this team! Both surgeons were amazing!
