Dawn at the front desk was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. Even though they were booked out until February, one of my children was experiencing tooth pain and Dawn went above and beyond to get her an appointment the very next day. When we arrived, there were a few cancellations, and she worked her magic to get all three of my kids seen, which was such a relief. The hygienists were wonderful with the kids—kind, patient, and reassuring. One of my children is on the spectrum and wasn’t able to complete a full exam and diagnosis, but the staff was very understanding and took the time to provide me with helpful options and referrals to places where she could be better accommodated. That meant a lot to us. Overall, the entire team was friendly, professional, and supportive. I truly appreciated the care and compassion shown, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

*Dr. Scott Peters NOT CHILD FRIENDLY* This was only my second visit to this office, and it will be my last, all because of Dr. Scott Peters. I came here to write a review and realized this should have been my first stop before ever making an appointment. It is clear this man lacks temper control, a sentiment echoed in several previous reviews from other parents. My 8 yr old daughter came in for fillings and was given nitrous oxide to keep her calm during the procedure. She was an absolute gem of a patient and did excellent. Everything was fine until Dr. Peters removed the equipment and told us to come back in six months for a cleaning. As I got up to grab our things, my daughter was under the impression that she was supposed to get up as well. As she attempted to stand, she was clearly still disoriented from the nitrous. I instantly reached for her and asked if she was okay. At that moment, I was taken aback because Dr. Peters thought it was appropriate to SHOUT at my daughter in an aggressive tone, “I TOLD YOU TO SIT DOWN!” I looked up in complete shock. I am still upset with myself for not addressing him directly in the moment. He absolutely did NOT give my daughter any instructions, nor had the dental assistant, who was fairly quiet in general. It is never appropriate to handle a patient this way, especially one UNDER SEDATION. My daughter was visibly upset, and Dr. Peters simply walked out of the room. I took the opportunity to address the issue with the dental assistant, but there was little she could do other than apologize on his behalf. I tried to speak with the office manager, but they were "too busy with training." I canceled all future appointments and informed them I would not be returning. This review is a warning to all prospective patients, *BEWARE* Dr. Peters is not child friendly. It is clear the office has been notified about his behavior before, yet nothing has changed. Save your child the trauma and go elsewhere. My daughter is still talking about how "mean" he was to her.

Dr. Glenn is amazing! He is caring and understanding of children with Autism and ADHD. His assistant Liz Bel is wonderful! She made my child feel so safe and calm. Would definitely recommend Dr. Glenn to any parent!
