I had a wonderful experience at Great Lakes Dental. From the moment I walked in the front desk was welcoming, and quick to assist. It had been a few years since I had a proper cleaning, and Emily was very gentle and thorough. I also enjoyed our chit chat throughout the appointment. 🤭 My teeth feel brand new! As someone that pays out of pocket for medical, and dental finding Gldc was truly a Godsend. The adult dental plan they offer made getting dental care accessible and affordable.
This was my first visit with Great Lakes Dental Care in Grand Rapids and I had such a great experience there. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Kate, my hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable, while also being very personable and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and clearly takes pride in providing excellent patient care. Her attention to detail and calm, friendly demeanor really made a difference. The front office staff was just as impressive. The receptionist was warm and welcoming when I arrived, which immediately put me at ease. Lindsey, who assisted me during checkout, was friendly, efficient, and helpful, making the end of my visit smooth and stress-free. I’d also like to mention Cheryl, who was the first person I spoke with a few weeks earlier when I came in to register and get signed up as a new patient. She was kind, informative, and very helpful, which made the entire onboarding process easy and pleasant. Overall, it’s clear that Great Lakes Dental Care has an outstanding team. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about creating a positive experience. The BEST Dentist office around. Excellent staff, kind, caring, friendly and compassionate. Also accommodating to your schedule. If you are searching for a great all around inclusive Dentist office Great Lakes will not disappoint! Highly recommended, especially to hesitant (or scared of procedures 😳) patients. Erin the hygienist is a ray of sunshine, definitely one of my favorites. Pleasurable experience with every Dentist as well. There has never been an issue with handling a dental procedure, including getting you in immediately for emergencies
GLDC is always top notch. I have been attending this dentist for over 20 years and they have been wonderful every visit. They are friendly but keep things moving appropriately. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to go.
Great experience overall! Loved the staff and doctors. Positive vibes and very nice to work with. I have a genetic heart condition that requires them to use a different type of numbing agent and they were super knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. They made me feel very safe the entire time!
