Great Lakes oral surgery was the most amazing calm environment. I have been extremely scared to see a dentist in years because of very high anxiety, but I was referred by my insurance company for all my wisdom teeth and molars. It was a relaxing experience. The staff all the assistants and Dr Deuel was so helpful. made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, he explained everything he was doing so I was comfortable with the procedure. I will definitely be referring this office to others and I appreciate the kindness of the workers !

As someone with very bad medical anxiety, I had a really amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Everybody who works here from the front desk staff, to the assisting dental staff, to Dr. Deuel were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. The front desk staff were especially patient with my anxiety questions and multiple calls the week of my surgery. Dr. Deuel was extremely thorough with his explanations of the procedure, and I felt like I was in great hands. I had a relatively easy recovery all things considered, as I got all four wisdom teeth out under anesthesia with two impacted teeth. I had been warned by other oral surgery clinics that I might have a tough recovery as I waited until I was almost 30 to get my wisdom teeth removed (partially due to insurance issues), but only had maybe 2-3 days of real pain after the procedure. The procedure itself only took 45 minutes, which was especially impressive to me. If I ever need oral surgery again (which, I hope not), I will certainly be returning here. Highly recommend.
Happy I found this wonderful place. .great staff specially front desk friendly/ follow ups. Dr. Joshua Deuel skills / follow ups / care that never experienced before. He is real deal. I feel that I am in good hand.
