I had to have my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Farren and his staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and extremely caring. Dr. Farren had impeccable technique and it made recovery so smooth! Dr. Farren has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I have ever been to, and felt so at ease letting him work on my mouth. The office is spotless and easy to get to right off the northway. Definitely will recommend him and Great Oaks dental to anyone having their wisdom teeth out! Thank you Dr. Farren and staff!
Without a doubt, this was the most pleasant dental procedure experience. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, professional with clear communication and expectations of surgery, recovery, financial responsibility, etc. I love my new implant and while I don't want another, I know where I will be going should that time come. Thank you Dr. Farren and the team - you guys rock!
Dentist was wonderful, great work. Out of no where his staff told me I had missed 3 appointments since 2022 and refused to do business with me. I don’t understand I was always polite I didn’t actually miss my last appointment it was cancelled on me because they didn’t get a referral and couldn’t reach me. Very unprofessional. The dentist had the secretary tell me this on the phone and they essentially called me a lier for my dentist not being able to find my referral. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want someone you can count on. I spent a lot of money here and I would expect better from a reputable business. I manage a business and I understand lost money for misses appointments. But they cancelled several on me. I offered to pay but no luck. Very sad. It’s already hard to trust a dentist I drover from Saratoga to go there. Always paid my bills. Very sad.
Dr Farren and his staff are very kind and personable. More importantly, they are very knowlegeable, gentle and efficient. Our family really thinks they are great and would highly recommend them.
After some communication issues in trying to schedule, I finally got my procedure done. It went very well. Dr. Kirkwood did a fantastic job as well as his two assignments Nicole and Mercedes. I would highly recommend them.
