Dr. Moeller and his staff are the best! They took such great care of our 1 month old baby who had to have her tongue, lip, and cheek ties released. They performed the procedure the same day as her consult, explained everything in great detail, and were compassionate for us as concerned parents. They have innovative technology and a very clean office. We would recommend them to anyone!
I liked my experience here. Shelby made every effort to make the exam quick and as comfortable as possible. The dentist was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, the staff was great with a light hearted environment.
Dr. Moeller seemed like an educated, caring provider. His office staff are completely helpless, he’s graying at what looks like a young age, and it’s now clear why. We were given a consultation, went to his clinic, and had a fairly seamless appointment. Was told by the office aid that we had an appointment for my child to have a procedure. She handed us a packet that she instructed us to have our pediatrician fill out and fax to them, which we did promptly. Apparently some of that information was either not filled out, or filled out incorrectly and they canceled the procedure. They received the fax weeks before the procedure, noticed it was missing info and didn’t bother calling us. They canceled the procedure without any sort of notice to us. They had told us the day before the procedure they would give us a time, we had not received that communication. Finally, we called and found out what happened. If this sounds bizarre, it absolutely is. We have three kids that have had appointments all over the state that we had no problem with but the second one at this institution was one that was memorable, in a bad way. I will note, at the first appt we let her know our insurance provider and the aid was smug to us, saying that she didn’t know if they took that particular insurance. My theory is they overbooked and canceled our sons procedure, and we were the ones that drew the short straw because our insurance wouldn’t have paid out, either as quickly or as much as they wanted to charge. I don’t blame the doctor, he seemed competent, and I don’t blame the office personnel because she’s clearly not qualified to do what she’s been hired to do.
Dr Moeller removed 11 lower teeth and placed 3 implants for bottom denture. His office staff is awesome & so warm and personable. Dr Moeller did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!
We got referred here for a simple procedure for a lip and tongue tie. The day before the procedure I called to see what time and they stated they obtained half our paper work but the not the rest. They didn’t call us, they didn’t do anything to let us know that they were still missing paper work. Just poor communication and when we went in the provider was running late and saw us for 5 min. I will never recommend this place to any loved one. Poor communication skills.
