I had to have an emergency tooth extraction. It was my first time here and I thought they were wonderful! They were informative about future needs, very very nice, from the front desk to the nurses and the dentist. I’m a really really nervous patient and they kept me pretty calm. The only pain was one of the novacane shots and the rest was painless and quick. They called the next day to see how I was and to remind me of the care needed that day. The only unpleasant surprise was the quote I received on the phone was a few hundred less than what it cost without insurance. I made another appointment for my next removal!
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Dr. KING is very nice and makes you feel like he's in no hurry. He'll answer your questions like you are the only patient that matters. I would highly recommend Great River Oral!
Outstanding! I had to have two broken and neighboring teeth extracted. I was quite anxious as there was so little of the teeth left, I was expecting a long, uncomfortable, and possibly painful process of digging them out. The reality was the complete opposite. It literally took longer waiting for the anesthetic to take effect than the actual procedure. I don't think it even took a full 5 minutes and both teeth were out and a stitch in, with absolutely no pain or discomfort. They gave me a thorough aftercare plan and even called the next day to follow up and make sure I was doing okay. I am very thankful to the excellent team that took care of me. If I ever need any further dental work Great River will be the first place I call.
Beautiful office, caring people. I had a very painful stone in my salivary gland... who knew that could happen. It was very painful and Dr Dalton did her best to keep me comfortable. Procedure was successful and after a day or two I was back to normal. Thank you!
Great experience! Explained everything that needs to be done! Tammy is amazing! I wasn't able to register online, I did get several text messages but none would go through so I had to do it in the office. Dr. King is amazing too!
