Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and the only one that I can even tell got removed was a particularly bothersome one that grew in sideways and needed more complicated surgery to remove. Dentist was super nice and considerate and had no disrespect for feeling anxiety before such a major procedure. I had to pay out of pocket, my fault, but it was worth every penny. His prices are very fair and the entire procedure was only $2500. I was given the necessary prescriptions for recovery almost immediately at the pharmacy after the appointment and was given thorough instructions on how to best recover from the operation. The receptionist was very nice and let me get a consultation and appointment the very day after I called, the dentist just started working a full time schedule here and is very well trained so he can manage more patients. Whenever I had any questions over the phone they were very kind and answered everything throoughly. Before treatment the nurse and dentist were completely transparent about consultation and allowed me to make my own decisions about my treatment and advised what was best, but didn't force anything, and they worked with me to try and minimize my costs. They charge way less than other places, my most expensive tooth was $550 whereas at other places it could be a minimum of $600. Not to say I would get my wisdom teeth extracted but I would go here again in a heartbeat if I had to. 11/10, exemplary service that goes way above all standards.
From the first time I walked in with an infected tooth, I was so scared and shaking, trying to hold back tears. Since I have not seen a Dentist in 20 years.. The lady at the counter was so sweet, helped me figure out my insurance and was just very welcoming. I get to the back, and the lady that was getting me ready for the doctor was so kind and understanding.. Dr Leal came in and was just as pleasent and talked me through everything. They preformed the tooth extraction and bam it was over like 30 mins. I feel a little silly now for being so terrified before.. Great people, you will be in good hands! 3 days later and I am back to normal. Highly recommended. God bless these wonderful people and a big Thank you to yall!!!
Genuinely the best experience I had with a dentist, got my wisdom teeth removed today. The receptionists were absolutely phenomenal, and so incredibly helpful. The Dr and Dentists assistant were amazing, and extremely polite, and helpful. They just made everything a breeze, and super simple.
Dr. Leal was so kind and did a great job with my son’s wisdom teeth extraction! He took the time to explain everything, and the office followed up later to make sure he was doing well. Doc and office staff were so friendly and helpful! Best experience with a receptionist I’ve had in a long time!
If I could give 10 stars to this office I would! Dr. Leal has the best bed side manor I’ve ever seen. You can tell he loves what he does because he had a smile on his face and a bubbly personality. The entire office staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this office!
