When I came in to have another lesion removed from under my tongue. The receptionist was very nice and very friendly. The young lady who led me to the back and explained to me what they were going to do and explained the procedure too. The oral surgeon was very friendly and he also explained what he was going to do and about the procedure. Overall my visit with them was very nice. And he did a really good job and the stitches were very small and they dissolved within 7days after the procedure. I would give them 5 out 5 stars š!!!! I would also recommend them to anyone who needs an oral dental surgeon.
Dr. Bhatti is very approachable and took time to answer all my questions in detail. He made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. His staff also has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Bhatti and his assistant are a very pleasant and efficient team. I was very comfortable during and after the procedure and feel like I am in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatti and his team.
Their team is awesome! I was very nervous and am terrified of dentists based on an experience that happened many years ago. They made me feel comfortable and they showed genuine concern about my treatment. If I had any teeth left, I would go to them again. Unfortunately Diabetes caused me to lose my teeth and this wonderful team took care of the extractions.
The Surgeon: Arsalan Bhatti ā 5 Stars. The actual surgical care was excellent, and the surgeon was highly professional. I felt well-cared for during the procedure itself. The Office/Billing: 1 Star. The administrative experience was a nightmare. Despite me personally scanning and sending my referral twice, the intake staff was rude and failed to follow up. I was blindsided by "required" X-ray fees because the staff failed to request my recent 2025 records from my dentist, then blamed me for the oversight. The billing representative was unprofessional, essentially "forcing" payment over the phone while I was in extreme pain just to keep my appointment. To top it off, I received a cancellation threat even after paying in full. The surgeons here are great, but the front-of-house staff is disrespectful and disorganized.
My daughter had a procedure done and the staff there is wonderful. Our nurse was amazing and the Dr was awesome! They were quick and made it a painless process. Iām very grateful for the care they took of my daughter. Iād definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done.
