In the words of Borat, "very nice" Ambiance: I appreciate convenient parking and angled parking spots even more. The atrium waiting room offers both plush and firm seats, and water is available in cafeteria sized cartons. These ameneties alone signaled I was in for a very unique experience Service: Kara was an excellent hygenist and gracefully chipped away my shame as I watched the ceiling TV through the loaned dentist's version of Pit Vipers. She explained her steps clearly so I could brace with an exaggerated amount of tension. For the fitness my oral challenges presented, Kara did a fantastic job and my discomfort was actually leagues less than I estimated. Despite running over time with me and my questions, Kara was patient and exuded a very caring professionalism. Although she suggested I could switch to a different hygenist due to scheduling, I decided I should be just as clingy as the below gum plaque we battled through together Planning: We only switched to GPD due to relocating, and although hygene service is both great, GPD feels more care oriented. After returning the Pit Vipers, I had a discussion about a curated long term care plan. Sure this is more business, but none of my previous dental providers ever showed such foresight or was able to outline a procedure plan with estimated itemized billing To summarize in three words, "care", "trust" and "wawaweewa"
I had such a wonderful experience at Green Park Dentistry. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile that immediately put me at ease. Once I was taken back, the entire process was quick, smooth, and handled with so much care. Every staff member I encountered was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how thoroughly they explained everything that was happening. They took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, easing so much of the anxiety I usually feel at the dentist. After coming from another office where I had an awful experience, this place truly felt like a blessing. I’m so grateful to have found Green Park Dentistry, and I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to their entire staff for making my visit such a positive one. Highly recommend
Always welcoming and professional, making sure patients receive the best dental care, explaining procedures before and as they continue. Very clean and comfortable office and patient areas. Admin and support staff are top notch, assisting in completing necessary paperwork, scheduling future appointments and actually, just being kind! Their “dental grab bags” are a nice touch and much appreciated. Highly recommend; you wont be disappointed!
I am very grateful for my experience at this dental clinic yesterday as a new patient. They are an amazing group of people that work together to provide you the best service; very knowledgeable and courteous/friendly. Justin, Jeff, GiGi, Jenn,Teresa... My experience at Green Park Dentistry was absolutely amazing. They broke everything down about my treatment. They wanted to make sure that I understood everything, and if I had any questions. Green Park Dentistry has a very family friendly atmosphere, and I felt as if I had known them forever. They most definitely care about their patients, and is very supportive of what the patient wants. I had the most interesting conversations while I was there. I would most definitely recommend Green Park Dentistry to my family and friends.
