Dr. Hayden has been extremely helpful in my dental issues. The staff are friendly and helped with insurance transitions. After careful examinations and thoughtful treatment options, Dr. Hayden and team did a wonderful job on restoring the affected teeth. Would recommend anyone here, excellent dental practice
Dr. Hess was recommended to me by my husband since I needed to find a dentist in Boise, everytime Dr Hess has spent the time to explain things when I have questions and is very personable and cares about his patients. Only positive experiences with Green Tree Dental.
I went to green tree dental in 2023 when Dr. Hayden Hess said I had 12 cavities and would need to get them fixed in multiple appointments. After 2 appointments of getting fillings I switched insurance companies and moved to Willamette. At my first appointment with Willamette, only a few months later, they told me that I did not have any cavities when I should have had about 6 more cavities left to fill according to Dr. Hess. I would not recommend or trust this office.
I recently moved back to Boise. My family has been coming here for years and we love the dentist and staff here. Always feel like they really care about their patients. So happy to be back in Boise with providers I trust.
Dr. Hess was kind and did good work, but the overall experience was very disappointing. My filling took over a month to heal (I was told it could feel uncomfortable for only 2-3 weeks), and the receptionist was rude when I asked for a copy of my records. I was told insurance would cover the procedure, but when it was denied, they offered no apology and sent a confusing, incomplete bill. The receptionist promised to call me back about the insurance and bill, but never did. I won't recommend this clinic due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism.
