I am extremely impressed with Greensboro Perio! First, Dr. Benitez is unique, exceptional in his expertise and open interest to explain every aspect of his findings and recommendations with no pressure. He cares about people! His staff members are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And the facility is modern, warm and very well equipped and maintained. I recommend Greensboro Perio without reservation and thank everyone there for their warm hospitality and service.
Wow! There are not enough words to describe how I wish I could give Dr Benitez the million star review he deserves. I mean I have never had a doctor call me the evening of my surgery to ask how I am doing! Went in today at 8am 1/23/26 for a tooth removal due to a bad root canal from several years back from a previous practice. Upon entering the office I was greeted like a family member which I have never encountered in my life. The front desk personal are so sweet :) Then I had the pleasure of meeting Tonya who was also amazing! I felt like I had stepped back in time when people actually used to care. She went over all details and really made me feel at ease (very thorough). Dr Benitez worked his magic and I was thinking to myself “is he already finished?” Ha Ha I felt zero pain and that’s no joke! Love this practice 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 (also quick mention of how beautiful the office is with the cool furniture and gorgeous artwork)
Where do I start? Over 5 years ago, my home dentist indicated that I would be expected to undergo dental surgery before they could proceed with the deep cleaning which I was in dire need of. This cost-prohibitive dental procedure left Lenore and I no other option than to look elsewhere. With my BCBS insurance not meeting the insurance requirements oftwo other dental establishments, we, for the time being, put the hunt to rest. Enter: Greensboro Perio! Low and behold my wife’s orthodontist RECOMMENDED Greensboro Perio! Through that connection, my dental world and life fundamentally CHANGED! All of a sudden, a world or should I say a family opened up to us we never dreamed of! Indeed, just regular folk and indeed all of them highly trained in the specialties. However, even with an untrained eye, ANYONE could both notice and discern that something was different, very different! The family at GP belongs to a unique enterprise that specialize in three primary categories- 1. excellence in their knowledge, functionally and expertise in their collective professions 2. their seamless interpersonal interactions with with each other, regardless of speciality of function And with equal attentiveness and concern, the number 3. area of attentiveness: their UNMISTAKABLE LOVE FOR PEOPLE!!! It is beyond refreshing for me to experience such utter genuineness in this arena in the public forum! To put these three primary observations in one word, I would say that the family at Greensboro Perio, listed in some definable measuring chart, would most definitely be categorized as: UNEQUIVOCALLY RARE!!!!!!!!! Dr Benetiz and his team patiently explain all my options for procedures and my cleanings were thorough and professional. I highly recommend Greensboro Perio for all levels of periodontal needs.
