I wish I could give zero stars. This place would never send me reminders for my appointment so I always forgot when it was and never had a way to my appointment on time AND I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY so you'd think they'd call me or text me to remind me about my appointment. NOPE !!!!! They could never give me an explanation as to why I didn't get reminders and never tried to fix it either. Absolutely awful place to do business with and I'm honestly quite scared to know that they were going to be surgically removing teeth from my mouth , but yeah I shut that down real quick cause they aren't the only place that does those types of things. If you can , go somewhere else to get the work you need done.
Service is impeccable! Extraction took all of an hour and I was on my way. HIGHLY recommended!
I have been to Dr. Griffin several times in the past year, one of them was an emergency situation following an accident. Dr. Griffin and the entire team have been nothing but amazing. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to build a team with multiple people and personalities working together, but they seem to have nailed it. Every person that I have interacted with from the receptionist, techs, nurses and billing have been great. Thank you Griffin team for making a not always fun experience much easier. You are the best!
Absolutely awful. The staff was lazy. Young kids in there acting like the patients were a disturbance of their time. The doctor acted like he was on his high horse and his crap didnt stink. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE AT ALL. Dont even waste your time. What a joke. Wish I could put 0 stars.
I wish every Doctor’s office was this warm and inviting! Every team member I encountered today was courteous, accommodating, , and genuinely welcoming. Very thankful for an extremely considerate Doctor who was more than willing to fit me into his busy schedule. ! Dr. Griffin and Dr. Joseph both have impeccable bedside manner! Both Doctor’s genuinely made me feel like I was the only patient on their schedule! The world could stand to learn a thing or two from these amazing folks! Thank you again for working so expeditiously!
