Powered by GoogleI have been to 2 separate dentist to have 2 K9s extracted and partial and neither one could numb me enough to extract them. Went yesterday to see Dr, Tepper. I was so scared, but him and his amazing assistant wiped my tears, and helped me through my anxiety, and Dr. Tepper extracted both with no pain or discomfort. I had to hug his neck because I had been suffering for 4 months. He was so gentle and his assistant was amazing. Put my partials in, and will be back for my bottom ones. Thank you Dr. Tepper and assistant for everything you did for me yesterday. I've got a lot of pain, but that's to be expected.
I needed to get extensive work done, and drove to Florence from Myrtle Beach to have the work done here. Everyone was so nice and caring! I was crying like a baby while getting the shots to numb my mouth. My gums are very sensitive. The Dentist was so understanding and patient. I will be coming here from now on! Get there early tho. I arrived at 6:45am, they open at 7:30. I was #7 in line.
I was a walk-in for a tooth extraction. I arrived 10 minutes to 7 o'clock so I was second in line. I waited an hour before they called me back, which isn't bad since I didn't have an appointment. The nurse was super kind and the dentist constantly checked if I was alright and assured me I was doing good during the procedure. After a couple yanks and a bit of pressure, it was out. With insurance the price was $44 which compared to my normal dentist was a steal. I had a great experience and have now recommended this office to two other people.
The staff from my initial phone call to the extraction were phenomenal!! They all made me feel comfortable and I felt like a priority. I would recommend to any one with family. Thank You so much will definitely be back!!!
Doesn't even deserve a star... Went in today at 730 am for a walk in emergency extraction. I have a tooth that is split in half. Waited an hour and a half. When I finally went back he asked what tooth I wanted pulled, and shoved a numbing sway in my mouth. Not even 5 minutes later, he came back and tried to put a needle to my mouth. I have sever PTSD with dentist as it is for this exact reason. As soon as the needle hit my gums I started to groan a bit loudly. Just for him and the tech to chastise me and yell "You can't do that! We have kids getting work done right next to you!" I explained that it hurt and I was trying my best. I was starting to cry. He tried 3 more times to inject that Novocain which I already explained does not work on me.... in the end the dentist tossed the needle away and told the tech to book me for oral surgery because there's no way he can help me if I'm "going to be acting like that"..... I left there crying and in pain and booked for surgery in 5 days!
