Both of my children had all 4 of their wisdom teeth removed. Both experiences were fantastic. The front office staff is helpful. They explained the process, submitted to my insurance, were polite, attentive and made it easy to schedule. The same day of procedure consultation process is efficient and answered all my questions. Dr. Grubb and his medical team were friendly, personable, and made both my children comfortable. Dr. Grubb's bedside manner and knowledge of the procedure was excellent. His medical team was caring, knowledgeable, and very helpful with explaining the post op care. I highly recommend this office.
What a great experience for a not so fun procedure! My son needed oral surgery (wisdom teeth) while away at school, in Bangor. From the initial consult to the finality of billing, the staff has been amazing! Thank you all for your speed, expertise, follow up, but most of all, your care for my son ❤️ I highly recommend this office!

Rudest receptionist ever……after talking to them twice they told me someone would call me back. I literally waited a month for a call back with the appointment. They told me they could get my daughter in with a July appointment. After calling to find out when they scheduled her for because I never did receive the call they told me it wouldn’t be until September. I told her they had told me July before and I needed an appointment this summer that’s why I had previously asked what the schedule looked like and they assured me it would be this summer before school. She said something came up then hung up on me….. wow very professional
