Dr. Vaughan and staff are always on their A-game—professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explain every step, answer all questions, and make you feel completely at ease. I once called late on a Saturday night, terrified my implant was failing. Jessica was warm, reassuring, and explained everything that was happening without making me feel like an inconvenience. Thanks to her, my holiday weekend was saved. Truly exceptional care every time!
I just had my surgery yesterday and I feel really good. I have minimal swelling and I am very pleased with how I was treated. Dr. Sarna has an incredible bedside manner and I am very thankful for the nurse too. Everybody in lobby was very nice too! Just all around an amazing place to get surgery if you need it!
I had had a last minute scheduling conflict with my wisdom teeth extraction appointment that would have me singing and performing for the whole week after surgery to which I was going to suck up and deal with but nurse Kenzie was super kind and went to ask Dr. Vaughan if I should go through with the surgery. They were super understanding about my situation and encouraged me to reschedule for the following week. Jumping to present time, I had just gotten all of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday by Dr. Sarna and he was super kind which made me feel better about the surgery. Today in the morning I woke up with virtually no pain at all to which I am super grateful for and highly impressed by his work! Like how are four of my teeth gone and I literally don’t feel anything?! This is even without the Hydrocod medication that they prescribed for the pain b/c as soon as I had taken it last night, I threw it up 5 min later so I don’t think majority of the pain killer was absorbed into my body. All in all Dr. Sarna and his nurses did and excellent job! Thank you!
Dr. Sarna is fabulous. He will explain anything you don't understand and will find successful options to suit your dental needs. Staff is great. I was able to be seen in Fayetteville or Fort Smith whichever fit my schedule better.
They were very nice and good to me. I feel so much better since I had all my teeth pulled. No one else would listen to me about the pain my teeth were causing me but he did. So thank you very much. I would recommend them to anyone. They are thorough and very polite.
