If I could give less than one I would. Agreed with many others that the receptionists are incompetent. They seemed lost on words if I had a question about anything during check-in. I wasnt rude, I just wanted to make sure the charges were correct given I was referred and had already done xrays and things they wanted me to pay for again. Red head reception looked at the blonde repeating everything I said, huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes the WHOLE time I was there. The doctor and nurse was very nice and quick and down to the point. I do agree with some of the other, that the management was yelled to about questions I had, they made jokes about my questions and she just kind of let it be what it is. Poorly managed front desk workers.

I had Dr Sarna and he was great. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out by him and the nurse who gave me the IV did excellent with little to no Pain before and after. I would recommend them to anyone since they do such a great job and I only have to take some pain medicine but not a lot because the pain is not severe

If you can get past the rude receptionist, the dental staff seem very competent. Assistant was kind and efficient, as well as the young dentist who tended to me. The most pain-free extraction I've experienced. Will definitely patronize again.

Receptionist was rude, explained to her that I couldn’t hear her due to my background and to give me a moment. Had a nasty attitude during the conversation with trying to schedule an appointment for oral surgery on my wisdom and other back tooth, dummy things down like I couldn’t comprehend and being an ass about. I ended up calling back to speak to management and seems like she just brushed it over…smh. If you start off your services like this, I wouldn’t even want to step foot in your facility. On top off handling my referral from a previous dentist office incorrectly after they sent it multiple times. Never again!

I had some teeth removed on the bottom there recently. When I tried to schedule my appointment they were very rude & did not have anything earlier than 2 months out. My dentist called them & they called me back with an appointment for the next week, surprisingly. They don’t have a payment plan even if you pay 3/4 upfront. It’s an all or nothing place. They blew my vein trying to iv in & continued to dig in my arm to put it back in the same vein with me crying & telling her she was hurting me. Then finally got it in the other arm. I got woken up by being smacked/slapped on my shoulders & arms to wake up & get up!! They did not explain anything they did to my husband. They also did not give me any meds. Half of my whole face is black & blue. I look like I was beat up. Also, my mouth & face have hurt sooo bad that I’ve been crying. Also, it looks like I have a softball in my mouth, even 3 days later! I’ve tried calling them & still nothing. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. I was treated like a number instead of a person. I can’t believe any of them actually wanted a job to help people when they treat them like this. No one should ever be treated the way I was treated by them.
