Since moving a couple years ago, it has been impossible to find a dentist near me. I finally decided to expand my search and found Hanover Road Dental, just under 2 hours away in another state. I called, they got me in about 2 months later which was so exciting after being told no for nearly 2 years. Dr Young and Nora were so kind and incredibly thorough, knowing I traveled far to make this appointment. I knew this was a new patient appointment and I was going to have to make the trip back to have my teeth cleaned but the stars somehow aligned and Dr Young was able to fit in a cleaning that day! They were so busy and I I’m sure they were stretched thin on time and resources but they cared enough to save me another trip and get me back on track with my cleanings! I’m so grateful and am happy to continue to travel for future appointments!
There aren’t enough stars to express how incredible the humans are at Hanover Road Dental. In the last year I’ve brought both of my frail, elderly parents for dental cleanings. I’ve been moved beyond words at how much care, concern, kindness, and support has been shown to them both. And the dignity with which they have been treated is remarkable. Noreen was able to accommodate their special needs and ease their anxiety at having cleanings after big changes in health. Both of my parents left feeling like they just spent an hour with an old friend. Thank you all. I truly have no words for the gratitude I feel in my heart. Happy New Year!
Had to find a new dentist after ours retired and the new owner did not provide the same level of care as the previous. Spouse found Hanover Road Dental Health and they quickly got me in for outstanding exam followed by a superior cleaning. Super efficient, personable and a wonderful experience. EVERYONE I encountered was so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
I wish I could fully express my gratitude for the way I was cared for by Dr. Olivia today. I came to the clinic with a relatively simple emergency, but I was feeling very emotional and upset. She and her assistant treated me with such patience and understanding. I felt safe and confident that she would do what was best for me. This clinic truly has compassionate, human-centered professionals.
Always a great experience dealing with the staff. I needed a quick appointment to repair a crown. They booked me asap and fixed it up. Highly recommend.
