I love Dr. Jung! He is so knowledgeable and does his very best to get you all the information you need along with his assistant Ms. Park. I felt cared for and well attended throughout my appointment. Even though I had been a little bit flaky in the past and had to reschedule some appointments, both Doctor Jung and Ms. Park were understanding and kind. We also had a very engaging discussion about literature!
This dentist was a second opinion after another dentist told me an implant could not be done because the space between my teeth was too small. Dr. Jung did the surgery very successfully. After 3 or 4 days there was no pain and after 2 weeks there is minimal swelling. I'm very happy with the results. The office staff is kind and seem to show genuine care for their patients. Thanks!!
Dr Jung does exceptional work! Each of the procedures which he has done are perfection!! He is very gentle and thorough. My smile is the best it has ever been in my life! I never had any pain. His staff is also very kind and supportive. I would recommend Dr Jung and this office with no reservations!!
Dr Jung is very knowledgeable and extremely gentle. He has done several procedures including extractions, root canals etc and I am rarely sore thanks to him. Also, his assistant is one of a kind. She really helps makes my visit complete as she ensures you’re comfortable and notices small details that might get missed by a busy dentist. All in all I have been pleased with Dr Jung and his staff!
The rude secretary—I think she's the dentist's wife—needs to retire or get her own job somewhere else because the way she interacts with patients is not patient friendly at all. You should be advocating for patients, not making them feel uncomfortable. I would say that you will probably lose business if you continue to treat patients this poorly, but you like to charge patients lots of money so maybe not. Honestly though, please hire someone who is able to behave professionally at the front desk and don't work in healthcare if you don't have compassion.
