First thing I have to say about Harborview, is that they do an amazing job! I'm one of those people that do not enjoy going to doctor or dentists at all... Dr. Rosetti and the staff made sure that I was as comfortable as could be while having my wisdom teeth and another one removed a couple weeks ago. Everyone here did an amazing job with taking care of my surgery! Since the surgery, I have had no complications, had any severe pains or problems in my recovery. Thank you Harborview! All of you are ROCKSTARS!! I will definitely recommend y'all to anyone in need of oral surgery. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Rosetti is the best!.. Had two daughters that needed wisdom tooth removal and one of them is nonverbal with autism. He did an excellent job with the surgery and communication and he and his staff were very nice and professional.
Doctor Rosetti was extremely unprofessional and so is his staff. First off let me state that I went in for a small mass in the inside of my lip, I was told by both the receptionist and my dentist who referred me to this place that this visit would be covered by my insurance. Went in and the Dr was very offensive sat in the room for less than 5 minutes, offended my mother stating she should “get out of his office” for wearing an Alabama shirt. Then he proceeds to go “I would never get piercings or tattoos but to each their own” upon seeing my facial piercings and my mothers tattoos, I didn’t ask his opinion on what I do to my body. Both me and my mother were appalled that he would even start the visit by saying such things. Obviously I never went back due to his comments, I didn’t feel comfortable having someone operate on me who spoke like that. A year later I receive an invoice in the mail for 200.00, I called them and spoke to Mercedes who was incredibly rude saying “well your insurance doesn’t cover our consultations. Not once did they inform me of this and like I said told me they accepted my insurance. I then asked for any proof that they tried to contact me email me, phone call, anything in the past year about this bill. She informed me they sent a letter to my old address, that it was my fault I didn’t call them with an updated address. WELL NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME I HAD A BILL DUE. Nor did I think I had one because as stated they never reached out to me ONCE. Mercedes was very argumentative and Dismissive, it’s clear they are just money hungry and could care less about you. I wouldn’t recommend if they were the last place on earth.
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rosetti and the experience was seamless and efficient. The staff did a great job communicating with me the entire process from insurance processing to before and after care. The day of surgery everyone was kind and comforting. Recommend 10/10! I’m healing great.
