The entire staff here is wonderful and the atmosphere is calm and clean. My hygenist is super helpful when I come in for a cleaning. I trust Dr Piet as she has done a couple fillings and crowns and I always feel safe and repsected in the chair. Making appts is easy and Mike works through the insurance end of things with me. I hope I never have to go to a chain practice and lose the local feel of Hardwick Dental.
I have been depending on Hardwick Dental Group for five years. Every visit (perhaps 18-20 over this time) has been calm, professional, and caring. Dr Piet takes the time needed to give a thorough explanation for what she is seeing and what I need to do to maintain good oral health. The hygienists are personable, efficient, and kind in both their work and their conversation while they work. Best thing: the very up-to-date method of lozenge numbing of gums and teeth have made my repairs completely painless!
I drive almost an hour from NH to Hardwick Dental Group because of their exceptional team. Dr. Piet is attentive and ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. Mike out front is very organized and professional and Katy is very personable and kind when I’m in for my 6 month cleaning. Most of all, no one pushes me to have dental work that is not needed. I am very happy here and highly recommend them.
I was very impressed by the care I received from Hardwick Dental Group--from Mike, who fit me into the schedule because I needed immediate care, to Katy, who did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, to Dr. Piet, who provided exceptional treatment planning!
Called Hardwick Dental Group today for an urgent matter related to pain under a crown. I was seen the very same day for the problem. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. My family and I are new to the practice however our experience has been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend Hardwick Dental to anyone.
