I’ve been seeing Dr. Ken and his team for over five years, and they have been top notch the entire time. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Ken and the hygienists have been instrumental in helping me build good dental habits and are always honest and trustworthy when it comes to recommending restorative work. They have a very compassionate and professional culture. I recently saw Jen - she was super engaging and made me feel at home, taking her time to explain what was going on and make sure any questions I had were addressed. No matter what brings you in, or even if it’s been a while since your last appointment, they go out of their way to treat you with respect and understanding.
We have had a five star experience with Harrisonburg Dental Associates. When my young adult daughter with autism came in for treatment recently, Dr. Ken and his assistants (Jen and Monica in particular on this appt) were calm, very kind, and understanding, even when she had a panic attack and left the office to calm down outside. When she was ready to try again, Dr. Ken was able to successfully and efficiently complete her fillings, and my daughter came away feeling confident and happy, and I came away feeling deep gratitude to everyone at the office. Thank you again!
I m very happy that i found this place, Dr. Copeland and his stuff are amazing, very friendly, clean, and professional. i felt welcomed right away, i love the fact that the take to time to explain what is going on with the issues you might be having with your teeth, or oral issues, i m most definitely switching over to them. I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!.
Had what could have been a very difficult tooth extraction, but Dr. Copeland made it seem simple and easy. Rebecca was amazing: she went over everything with me beforehand, explaining the process and what to expect, and was very attentive throughout. Both she and Dr. Copeland were empathetic, kind, and patient and put me at ease. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
Had a great experience here. The technology they use is super advanced and interesting to see. Joel was my hygienist, and he did a great job. He was kind and thorough with the cleaning. Dr. John was also very kind and knowledgeable. Will be coming back!
