We had a wonderful experience as new patients at this dental office. My son came in for a cleaning, x-rays, and a consultation for composite bonding, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Justice, the receptionist, greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns before our visit and sent the necessary forms via email ahead of time. Craig, the hygienist, greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately put my son at ease. He took the x-rays and completed the cleaning while explaining everything in a calm, reassuring way, which really helped my son feel comfortable. Dr. Khanna was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. She clearly explained composite bonding and outlined a plan of care that was best suited for my son. She took her time explaining and answering our questions, and we never felt rushed. Danielle checked us out with a smile and explained the charges clearly. She was very friendly and made the final step just as pleasant as the rest of our visit. The waiting area, exam rooms, and restrooms were all very clean and well maintained. Based on this great experience, I plan to make appointments for the rest of our family. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care.

I started going to Harrisonburg Family & Cosmetic Dentistry this year after moving to Harrisonburg, and this is the first dentist I’ve ever genuinely enjoyed going to. I’ve never been someone who likes the dentist or makes it a priority, but this office completely changed that for me. The cleanings have been fantastic. Craig and Brandy are amazing and make every visit easy and comfortable. Dr. Khanna and Dr. Mario are both incredibly kind, empathetic, and great at explaining what they are doing/recommend. Yesterday, I had a dental emergency where one of my front teeth chipped from an old filling falling out. I called and they had me in the office with a plan of action almost immediately. Dr. Khanna and team somehow managed to not only assess everything but fully repair my tooth in record time. She was so flexible, understanding, and focused on getting me taken care of quickly which meant everything to me because I had time-sensitive plans and did NOT want to show up with a missing front tooth. They made what could have been a stressful day into an amazing experience. I left with my tooth fully fixed and feeling thankful to have a dentist like this in Harrisonburg. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and truly top-tier dental team.
I love coming here. They really seem to care about you and are so friendly to talk to. I usually get Heidi as my hygienist but today I got Craig and they are both great. I feel like I can trust everyone there and time goes by so quickly.
This practice rocks. I look forward to my appointments and am confident in the quality of care I receive. They do a great job at providing a safe and comfortable environment. I appreciate that they use some of the best modern dental tech for everything. Stuff like x-rays and teeth scans are so much easier and more comfortable compared to the older techniques. I even have a model of my teeth on my shelf that I was able to 3D print at home since they’re with the times. Very cool that they’re receptive to odd asks and questions! Everyone on the staff is great at answering questions in a way that is both understandable and technical which helps me feel sure of the care I receive. My insurance is out of network, but my co-pays are extremely low (just as an FYI if you’re in a similar situation). I would recommend going here to anyone!
