Today was our initial visit for a family of 3, we were so impressed with the customer service, the treatment, treatment planning and overall care we all received. We made the switch from a "Corporate" family practice here in Cape and we are so happy we did. We need a dentist that will be our family dentist long term due to health issues a member of our family has had, and I can tell you we have found the right team to assist us. The front desk staff is knowledgeable about our insurance plans, our hygienists were excellent, and Dr. Harter finished up the appointments as if he had known us forever! We appreciated everyone today and look forward to our next visit.

Always a great experience! The whole team is friendly, Nick is a great dentist. Most recently I took my 4 year old for her first cleaning and they were very pediatric friendly and gentle. She was so excited about her first appointment. Highly recommend!

Let me just say I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I get really nervous and my bp goes up, BUT today I had to get a cavity fixed/refilled. Dr. Harter and Carlie(not sure on spelling) were amazing! They both did a great job at explaining what was going to happen. They gave me the option to use nitrous if I needed it as they got further into it while making sure I was good and numb. He even gave me breaks inbetween. Let's just say I never needed the nitrous and I never felt any pain! 🤗 He is also very gentle and not rough while working in your mouth. The front desk clerks are always super friendly and make you feel so welcome. I would refer anybody to them! Thank you so much Dr.Harter and team! Your kindness is greatly appreciated!
