New patient to Hartman Dentistry with major oral care needs and my first two visits have vastly exceeded my expectations of finding a dental team that is not only professional and caring, but also cheery and understanding. From Dr Hartman and Dr Sirbirtsev to the staff that made my bad day with a smile and courteous scheduling and getting my mouth repaired. So very pleased and grateful to have found Hartman Dentistry this year and look forward to getting care and dental needs here in this beautiful and cheery environment ! Thank you Dr. S. for being so gentle on my two extractions today and thank you Staff for the smiles and getting me in and out so fast !!
This was my first new patient visit with Dr. V. Hartman. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the office and check in was quick as I had pre done paperwork. After a small wait Dr. Hartman's assistant...Mary, came and got me and introduced herself and led me to the dental chair room. She then proceeded to look at my health and medication records and explained everything that would be happening today. She did a quick mouth check and then proceeded to take all the xrays Dr. Hartman had ordered for me as a new patient. She was gentle and talked me through everything she needed me to do and never rushed me. After she was done, she told me what Dr. Hartman would do next and went and got her to do my dental exam. Dr. Hartman introduced herself and asked a few questions then proceeded to examine my mouth. She then took more photos of my teeth and checked me for oral cancer screening. She was gentle and efficient in doing what she needed to do. I never felt any pain or discomfort. She then explained all my xrays and her findings and came up with a treatment plan for me. I need 3 fillings, a cleaning & a extraction. She explained see needed to consult another dentist regarding my extraction and would get back with me about how to proceed with that particular tooth. In the mean time we will focus on the fillings & cleaning. Then Mary, took me back out to the front desk where they gave me a copy of my treatment plan and estimates of what my insurance will pay and what I would have to pay. They set up my future appointments for the fillings and cleaning and gave me copies of everything I needed. Front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and knew what they were doing. The whole visit just flowed so easy. The staff there was inviting and pleasant. The office and dental room was immaculate in appearance and very professional. It was a excellent experience and I look forward to returning to Dr. Hartman for my dental needs. As a first time patient to this practice I was quite impressed. Can easily give them a A+ for this visit. I would recommend Dr. Hartman if you are in need of dental care.
I never leave reviews but I needed to for this place. Best dental team I’ve ever encountered. Wanted to specifically shout out Dental Assistant Mary and Dr. Hartman! Mary is super personable, kind, and funny and totally made my day even though it was 8 am and I was tired. Hope I get to see her every time I come in! Nicole also did great on my cleaning on another visit. They also took the time to fill in a small chip on my front tooth instead of just opting to shave it down, as other dentists told me was the only option. I really appreciate the time and care they take with patients! Highly recommend.
From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone is fantastic. You are treated with respect and you absolutely know every person in the practice cares about you. Dr Hartman is especially caring and listens to your concerns. This practice is about doing the very best for their patients. I wish I had found this practice a long time ago. HIGHLY recommend!!
As a first-time patient at Hartman Dentistry, I did not know what to expect. But as soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff, which was a good sign. After I completed the paperwork I was informed that someone would be with me shortly. Several minutes later, Michelle (Hygienist), came out front and called my name. Michelle simply extended the welcome I received when I arrived. Michelle thoroughly explained the process to me, and went on to provide me with a great dental experience - and she threw in some important suggestions for me to enhance my hygiene habits. Overall, I had a great experience at Hartman Dentistry!!! But do not take my word for it. Come and see for yourself!!!
