From the first dental visit of their life, as a toddler, or all the way to being being a teen getting dentist and orthodontist... my kids have always felt comfortable and respected. They frequently ask when they get to go to their next appointment. I'm sure it sounds like a commercial. I had a lot of stress about finding a good dentist, because of nightmare stories my friend's kids experienced. There was no stress or concerns of that at Hawaii Family Dental in Kona. I got to stay with my children, while a Disney movie of their choice was playing, and I got to make glove balloon animals while they were getting their teeth done.... and leave them to cheer up other kids. Can't recommend them enough. My kids will be sad when they have to switch to adult dental. They will miss all her jokes and the ways she makes them giggle and accidently splash her... good thing she wears goggles and protective apron. 🤣
Family dental is a wonderful place to get dental care done. They CARE. They listen and communicate. They are knowledgeable and skillful. Gentle and patient. Accommodating and pleasant. We aren’t just patients but real people being treated with respect., From signing in at the front desk to the supportive assistants and Dr Ty to scheduling for the next appointment is a wonderful experience. And one of the greatest things: we didn’t have to wait years as a waitlist patient. We were actually in a waitlist and they called within months to schedule us. We appreciate you all.
Dr. Sieka is simply amazing! She takes the time to make the kids are comfortable and works hard to ensure they have a good time! She’s engaging and knowledgeable. I cannot sing her praises enough!
We love Dr. Sieka, she makes the experience top tier! The way she works well with her staff and treats our children is nothing like I’ve seen before! Definitely recommend!
Dr Seka (not sure bout spelling) always does a great job. My boys always feel very comfortable with her and her staff scheduling is easier to just go into the clinic to schedule also pediatrics is great, but the scheduling and billing for the adult side is very incompetent. They charged my debit card without my permission after I left the office and paid cash because they didn’t have change, took my card for a small difference and then charged me $250 some crazy financing fee on my card without my permission The adult side is very rude and obviously someone is stealing so I tried to go to Oahu and get everything scheduled same day for my whole family after we booked the tickets and we’re already in Oahu the day before the appointment they canceled two of the family members, we are now looking for a new dentist for the whole family
