I had my first visit with Hayes Family Dentistry this morning. My expectations were high from my wife and daughter in law's experience with them. I had dental work elsewhere and had issues and was told they couldn't see me for 3 months! I was in pain but they could not accommodate me. When I complained. I was casually told. " You have options, go somewhere else." That was it! I called Hayes Family Dentistry and spoke with Patsy and she got me in in 2 days. A new patient was seen immediately as opposed to an established patient who was told to wait for 3 months to correct a dental procedure that was done by them! Patsy was kind and empathetic and I am very appreciative of her professionalism. When I arrived at Hayes Family Dentistry, every single encounter I had with a staff member was friendly, pleasant, and professional. Bri was so knowledgeable I thought she was the doctor. I was extremely impressed! Dr. Kevin Hayes was understanding and kind and they got me an appointment in 7 days for a much needed root canal and crown. I have to drive 45 minutes from my home to see them, but boy are they worth it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing staff, and very thorough on their job. They informed me that I clinch my jaw which causes issues for your teeth and that a bite guard would help with that and hopefully help with my constant headaches also and let me know what procedures if and when I need to do them that they lighted to one other thing so just to be prepared mentally, which is a great help for me, I love that with being a disabled veteran I’m able to see them instead of driving all the way to the VA which would be a 4 hour round trip so being able to just drive 40 minutes there and gives me opportunities to go to other businesses that aren’t in my small town. So overall very satisfied and looking forward to my teeth being cleaned in a couple months

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Hayes Dentistry and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and reassured. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way, heated blankets included! The surgery itself went so smoothly—I was amazed at how painless and efficient the process was. Dr. Sandy explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The recovery was much easier than I anticipated, and I truly credit that to the skill and precision of the doctor and staff. If anyone is nervous about dental surgery, I highly recommend Hayes Dentistry. They combine expertise with genuine compassion, and I am beyond grateful for the outstanding care I received. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and responsive as well! 10/10!!!!
