I had the left rear molar in my lower jaw removed because it could not be saved with a crown. Dr. Chance was very professional, informative, and caring. She explained the procedure thoroughly as well as went over the insurance coverage The procedure was quick and painless. She made sure before she started that the nerve was shutdown not producing any pain. Her staff especially Jody her dental assistant was also very courtesy. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Heather Chance for any dental surgeries. She removed four wisdom teeth for my daughter and it went very smoothly and quickly. The staff at her office are super friendly and the office space is extremely clean. We were very happy with our experience at Allen's Creek. Dr. Chance is a fantastic oral surgeon. She explained everything so well that I didn't have any questions about what was going to happen before, during and after. Again, I would definitely tell everyone to go to her for the best care.
Dr. Chance is an amazing surgeon. She explained the whole process thoroughly, was very patient with our concerns, and made my daughters feel comfortable. Dr. Chance actually made wisdom teeth removal a positive experience. She also has a wonderful, pleasant staff. I highly recommend her practice for any dental procedure.
I saw Dr. Heather Chance on an emergency basis with an abscessed tooth. I found her to be worthy of all the other positive reviews given her. Her staff was efficient and friendly. Her gentle manner was very calming and her instructions very informative. The tooth was removed with no discomfort as she frequently asked how I was doing. I was truly impressed her expertise and would highly recommend her!
She was very clear and concise with her instructions, making sure we understood everything before moving on. She did a terrific job with my daughter's wisdom teeth, got it done very quickly. She's very professional yet one of the most kind doctors we've encountered. She also went out of her way to make sure her patient was doing well, and didn't seem rushed. Above all, she made sure the patient was comfortable and treated well. Highly recommend.
