I had an amazing experience with Dr. Doan and his entire staff! I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was honestly very nervous. However, from the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Doan was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring. The procedure was done very well and much faster than I expected. Everything was extremely clean and organized, and the staff was so kind and attentive throughout the whole process. I truly felt cared for and in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Doan and his wonderful team!
I have brought all three of my daughters to Heritage to have their wisdom teeth removed and with each child, it’s been a perfect experience. We love all the Doctors and staff, but I have to say, Dr Ibrahim is so incredible and so patient. I have one child with severe anxiety, and the compassion and empathy he had towards her was something I’ll never forget, he made her feel so comfortable. I would give Heritage 100 stars if I could. Thank you to everyone, perfect experience with all my girls!
The absolute best experience getting a tooth extraction. I don't know too many people who would say that but it's true! Dr. Lang and his staff are very thorough, kind, compassionate and wonderful at their work standards and practices. I was nervous prior to the extraction and Dr. Lang and the staff made sure I was comfortable and made good conversation, which helped ease up my nervousness. I literally was talking one minute and the next waking up and the extraction was done. I have been to both the Valencia and Canoga Park offices and both times my experience has been pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Lang and the services him and his staff provide.
I've never had any type of surgery and I was very anxious to get my wisdom teeth extracted but Dr. Ibrahim and the nurses were SO SO kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I wish I had gotten the name of the nurse working closely with the Dr. because she was literally the sweetest person *she's a shorty like me* I was able to ask all the questions I wanted with no shame! The procedure was super smooth and I've been recovering well. I was referred here by my dentist and I'm so glad this is where I ended up.
Going to the dentist has never been my favorite activity and I was very apprehensive with the idea of having 2 wisdom teeth removed. The team at H.O. S. & I. C. was very good at putting me at ease. The nurses and the surgeon were very friendly and the operation itself was much less stressful than anticipated. I highly recommend them for your dental care.
